​I never thought that I would be staying in a Condominium unit once I have a family of my own. Thanks to Ems (as I call her - of Have Homes), the decision to get one unit in Tivoli Garden Residences was not hard. She was able to present to us the benefits of living in a community-based Condo. The transaction from reservation to turnover was also smooth as Ems assisted us in all the requirements. She's very easy to deal with, very friendly, and helpful. I always recommend her to friends who consider buying a Condominium property. I know my friends will be in good hands with her.
