Real Estate Broker's Accreditation Requirements:

• Photocopy of Government-issued IDs
• Valid PRC ID
  
• Valid DHSUD Certificate
  
• Copy of Official Receipt
  
• BIR Certificate of Registration
  
• Copy of SEC Registration with Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws for Corporation/Partnership or Copy of DTI Permit for Sole Proprietorship
