​Most people, if not all, dream to own a home of their own. I dreamt of that too but I was intimidated by the sheer financial responsibility and the administrative work that comes with it. Proving yourself capable to pay, may be disheartening,  especially when the thought of being rejected is at bay.

In a not so distant past my dream to own a home fueled my desire to research. I surfed online, made calculations and connected with home-owner friends. As I mustered enough strength to inquire about owning a home, I stumbled upon Emm's email online. I crafted my email as humble as I can: providing how much I can afford and where I want to live. In short, the first step of my dream was written.

I anxiously waited for Emm's reply. I didn't wait too long. Her reply was engaging and contains helpful information. However, my budget didn't make the cut for my preferred location. Being the strong-headed person that I am, I politely replied I really want to live at my preferred location and I will get back to her when my budget permits.

Fast forward to 2 years after, I revisited my dream when I read that the property may be offered to the public. Lo and behold, my budget cooperated. So, I emailed Emm once more and the rest they say is history. She may not remember this anymore, but I do.
